YH system is a senior programming & control system for Wire-cut EDM which adopts advanced computer graph and NC technologies with integration of control and programming in one.

YH system has the following features:

·To process work- piece with upper and lower part in different shapes, and large taper. The taper cutting can be up to 90о( +45оoblique ), and freely cut taper change, and with guide-wheel tangent deviation real time
compensation, in theory, the compensation accuracy can reach 6 um.

·Dual CPU structure, integration of programming and control when working , programming can be made on the same machine.

·Discharge-state wave form display, auto - tracing without need of frequency variation regulation.

·International standard ISO code method control

·Processing track real time tracing display, work- piece profile three-dimensional modeling.

·Unique screen control table method, all operations are fulfilled by mouse, convenient and straight.

·Field data  power-off memory, recovery when power is on, maintenance free

·Provided with domestically first class YH Drawing model wire cutting programming system.
